Q: Who is the basic ingredient of all organization?
A: The human being.
It is noticeable that above conversation only moves in one cycle, human as resource and resource is human.
A company, corporation or organization needs human resources to manage, develop, control and administer their businesses. Even if technological advancement and innovative systems are present today, its still needs a man to administer and manage this device.
But this potentiality, capability and creativity of man are mostly neglected, least understood and worst managed. The organization must take good care of their human resources for they benefit so much on the great labors of their employees. They should give incentives, compensation and good wage on their employees. In unity their is strength, if the employer and employee have give and take relationship to achieve best result and success of the organization.

may they acknowledge the importance of manpower in their operations.
Companies should really give incentives to their workers..it's actually a motivation for the workers to work harder..^^
yeah it's true....all the things are useless without the human being because people are the one who manipulate all these things here on earth and we are created by GOD with the responsibilities of managing of what He was created!!tama bah nuz'???hehe

..I agree that in order for an organization to succeed, there should be a give and take harmonious relationship between the employer and the employees..
