Human Resource Management (HRM) is dealing on how to use and to take good care of the human resources in which denoting to "us".
REASONS
1.It is related to the course IT because soon we might get a work and being a worker we should know what our rights and to whom to ask for help if we will get oppressed and deprived by our employer.
2.We are dealing in industry. In industry HRM is present, so we have to understand what it is all about.
3. HRM involves HRIS in which created through database system. Employees file and other information is stored and shared through database system.
4. In the workplace it uses computers and human that need to be balanced.

..yep..knowing your rights will protect you from any kind of abuse and maltreatment. I think it also apply not only in the working environment as an employee but also as a citizen as a whole.
