This is the day that we decided to visit our first choice IT Company that is the SIX ELEVEN CALL CENTER. The company is not actually big; it has a little space but well enough for the employees to operate. Its a two stories building but based on my observation it’s a commercial building, and they just rent the place. It has many computer units (of course it’s a call center). It is not totally a call center but also it’s a training school for English language.

When we visit we were not entertained first instead we waited for their transaction with the applier to get finished. But we understand it, (who we are by the way?// haler!!!). I heard in their conversation that we are discussing about the allocation after they finished their training for almost one month, that they (applicant) may proceed to be a call center agent or instructor if they have a good and it satisfied on their qualification, it just defend on the performance. The training is worth php 6,000.00 but they have discount if you will bring someone to apply too, you will be discounted of php 1,000 instead of php 6,00 you will pay only 5,000.

The interview was not gone through into our report but we just still try work it out good and its end partly good. The interview was not that efficient because the persons we got interviewed were not really the HRM personnel but the Directress and her assistant. The company we visited is only branch so, the coverage of the scope is limited like they cant totally manipulate the HRIS but they were considered as the End-User of the program. If they have new applicant or employee/s they will have to add the personal information into Internet goes through to their office, they were not responsible on the creation of HRIS. Instead we just asked them about their HRM, how it goes? They answered as far as now well it runs smoothly no problem encountered. We tackled about the acceptance and discharge of their employees.

In this interviewed it wasn’t suits in our objectives that’s why I don’t like of what the results. So, we decided to proceed into our second company in that is the City hall HR department. In this day after our interview we went into San Pedro into The City hall HR department and assigned schedule for our interview…. And it’s being my next journal! Hehehe ( just to have lots of journal).
